To Tang, 86, who was reported missing earlier has been located safe and sound. A passerby contacted police when the elderly man was seen walking in the area 119 Avenue and 99 Street. Police responded to the area and made a positive identification, and EMS attended the scene to assess the man’s condition. He will be returned to the care of family members.
