The 22-year-old male was taken to hospital yesterday afternoon (Sunday, June 11, 2017) after shots were fired near a convenience store around 4:40 p.m. in the area of 118 Street and 145 Avenue.
An autopsy time has not yet been scheduled.

The EPS responded to a weapons complaint in the area of 118 Street and 145 Avenue around 4:40 p.m. on Sunday, June 11, 2017.
It was reported that shots were fired after an altercation took place between a group of people near a convenience store.
Upon arrival, police found one male with life-threatening injuries. EMS treated, and transported the male to hospital.
